If someone has acted inappropriately towards you online or is making you feel uncomfortable.
You can report it by clicking on the CEOP button below.
If something makes you feel uncomfortable or worried, tell a trusted adult. This may be a parent, carer, grandparent or teacher. Always tell someone if you or a friend are being bullied.
Emails and files from people you don’t know could contain nasty messages or viruses. Think carefully before opening.
Remember online friends are strangers, they may lie about who they are. Even if you have been online friends a long while, only meet up with your parent or carer present.
Never give out personal information when you’re chatting or posting online. This includes your email address, phone number and password.
Information found online may not be true, always check with other websites, books or someone who knows.
